Practitioner Search Results
Allows the user to view the enrolled practitioner search results page by page.
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| NPI | The 10-digit NPI of the practitioner |
| Provider Name | The name of the practitioner. |
| Health Plans | The health plans (Medicaid) in which the practitioner is active as of current date. |
| Address | The practitioner's addresses. |
| Taxonomy | Taxonomy code and description in which the practitioner is active as of the current date. |
| License Number | The license number of the practitioner. |
| OPRLite/OOSLite Status |
If OPRLite, the individual provider is enrolled as an Ordering, Prescribing, Referring (OPR) Lite provider. If OOSLite, the individual provider is enrolled as an Out-of-State Lite provider. All others providers will read as NotApplicable. |
