Subnavigation

A subnavigation menu may be used in the left column on some content pages, primarily the recipient portal and other sections where screen real-estate is not at a premium. Each Subnav header will correspond with the global menu items. Subnav links will correspond to the global navigation drop-down links. Each global navigation item will have its own Subnav.
