New Edits and Automatic Status Updates for 340B Pharmacies Coming Soon to NCTracks

Providers currently self-report their 340B status as part of the provider enrollment/re-enrollment process. Effective Oct. 23, 2022, NCTracks will receive the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) Provider File as the source of provider 340B status; providers will no longer need to self-attest during enrollment. NCTracks will receive this file quarterly. In addition, four new pharmacy claim edits will be added to NCTracks related to 340B processing:
