Update on Issue Submitting Claims via Portal

Several providers have reported receiving an error message when submitting claims through the secure provider portal. The error message states "Error summary year/month/date parameters describe an unpresentable date/time." The technical team is aware of the issue and actively working on a resolution, which is expected to be implemented this evening.

In the interim, providers can use the following workarounds to submit claims via the portal:

1. If the provider has a draft claim that was created prior to today (2/29/16), they will be able to make necessary changes to the draft and submit it.

2. If the provider has previously submitted a claim via the portal for a recipient, they can do a search for that claim using the "Claims Search" function, and then click on the TCN of the claim they want to copy. Click on the “Payer Claim ID�, then on the following screen click the Copy button to have the old claim copied. Make the necessary changes to the copied claim and then submit it.
