Attention: All Providers PA Submission Issue

It has come to the attention of NCTracks that providers are sometimes receiving one of the following error messages and this is preventing them from submitting a Prior Approval (PA):

• There is an error in XML document
• Object reference not set to an instance of an object

 The XML issue has been resolved; providers are asked to rekey these PAs.

The object reference issue is currently being researched and we are working to resolve this issue. Updates will be announced when available. In the meantime, if a provider receives this error message they should submit the PA via fax if the program allows.
