New Taxonomy for Ambulatory Infusion Therapy Centers to be Added to NCTracks

Effective Oct. 23, 2022, a new taxonomy code for Ambulatory Infusion Therapy Centers (261QI0500X) will be available for provider enrollment. Providers choosing to enroll in taxonomy 261QI0500X must provide their Accreditation Commission for Health Care (ACHC) to be eligible for enrollment. Providers may add the new taxonomy in an initial enrollment, re-enrollment, manage change request (MCR), or re-verification application.
