New Medicaid Bulletin Articles Available as of March 19

The NC Division of Health Benefits (DHB) has recently published new Medicaid Bulletin articles:

• Nursing Equipment and Supplies Policy Updated - An amended version of Clinical Coverage Policy 5A-3, Nursing Equipment and Supplies promulgated on March 1, 2024, with an effective date of Jan. 1, 2024.
• Policy Updates for Behavioral Health Providers - Clinical Coverage Policy 8A, Enhanced Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services Update
