New Medicaid Bulletin Articles as of Dec. 17

The NC Division of Health Benefits (DHB) has recently published new Medicaid Bulletin articles:

• Federal Regulation Guidelines for Ordering, Prescribing or Referring Providers - This is an update to the September 2016 Medicaid Ordering, Prescribing or Referring Special Bulletin.
• Hurricane Helene Policy Flexibilities to Support Providers and Members – Dec. 12, 2024 - This bulletin has updated end dates & additional flexibilities for Behavioral Health, Care Management, Innovations, and Long-Term Services & Supports.
