Call Center and Checkwrite Schedule for Juneteenth Independence Day 2025

Both the NCTracks Call Center and Pharmacy Prior Approval Unit will be open regular hours on Thursday, June 19, 2025.

While the checkwrite schedule is not impacted, June 19, 2025 is a federal holiday, and most major banks will be closed. Due to the federal holiday, the posting and availability of checkwrite funds to provider bank accounts will depend on the provider's financial institution.
