A Message from NCTracks on Behalf of NC Medicaid NCTracks Call Center and Checkwrite Reminders for Christmas and New Year's Holidays

The NCTracks Call Center will be closed on Wednesday, Dec. 24, Thursday, Dec. 25, and Friday, Dec. 26, 2025 in observance of the Christmas holiday. The NCTracks Call Center will also be closed on Thursday, Jan. 1, 2026 for the New Year's holiday. Please note, the Pharmacy Call Center will remain open, operating on a normal holiday schedule (7AM – 6PM).

In keeping with the published NCTracks checkwrite schedule, there will be no checkwrite on Dec. 23, 2025. However, there will be an additional checkwrite for 2025 on Dec. 30, 2025.
