A Message from NCTracks on Behalf of NC Medicaid NOTICE: Decommissioning of Total Cost of Care Dashboard

Effective Sept. 16, 2025, the Total Cost of Care (TCOC) Dashboard is decommissioned.

This action includes the following:

• Decommissioning of the TCOC portal.
• Removal of all dashboards currently accessible through the portal.
• Revocation of access for all Advanced Medical Homes (AMHs), Health Plans, NC Medicaid, and other users with current permissions.
