A Message from NCTracks on Behalf of NC Medicaid Reminder: Flexibilities for Children & Families Plan Launch

With Monday’s launch of the Children and Families Specialty Plan, we want to remind providers that flexibilities are in place. These are designed to ensure continuity of care and ease the administrative burden for providers with the start of new health plan.

The flexibilities include medical (physical and behavioral health) and pharmacy prior authorizations, out-of-network provider rates and rules and primary care provider changes. For more details on the flexibilities, read the provider bulletin.
