Thanksgiving 2025 Call Center and Checkwrite Schedule

The NCTracks Call Center will be closed on Thursday, Nov. 27, 2025 and Friday, Nov. 28, 2025 for the Thanksgiving holiday. The Pharmacy Prior Approval Unit will be open holiday hours from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Thursday and Friday.

The NCTracks checkwrite schedule is not impacted by the Thanksgiving holiday.
