NC Direct Care Worker Wage and Rate Analysis Reminder and Additional Resources

As noted in previous communications, Guidehouse has launched a comprehensive provider survey that will help better understand NC’s direct care workforce challenges, evaluate current reimbursement rates and inform future workforce and rate-setting strategies. Goals and additional information are available at the NC Direct Care Worker Wage and Rate Analysis webpage.

All survey results will be submitted only to Guidehouse and will remain confidential. The deadline for submitting the Provider Cost and Wage survey to Guidehouse is 5 p.m. ET on Friday Sept. 4.

Office Hours: As noted in previous communication, Guidehouse will host daily office hours from 9:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. ET, Monday, August 24 through Friday, August 28, to provide additional support and answer questions.
