New Medicaid Bulletin Articles Available as of Oct. 13

The NC Division of Health Benefits (DHB) has recently published new Medicaid Bulletin articles:

• NC Medicaid Influenza Vaccine Guidelines for 2026-2027 - This bulletin provides guidance on the 2026 – 2027 influenza season for NC Medicaid.
• NC Medicaid COVID-19 Vaccine Guidelines for 2026-2027 - Guidance for the 2026 – 2027 COVID-19 vaccine for NC Medicaid.
• Legally Responsible Individual Toolkit Updated - Updated guidance on the Legally Responsible Individual as the Paid Caregiver in the CAP/C HCBS waiver Consumer Directed model.
• Concurrent Billing Clarification for Research-Based Behavioral Health Treatment - Clarifications to providers on concurrent billing for Clinical Coverage Policy 8F.
