NCTracks System Restored with No Anticipated Impacts to Current Checkwrite Schedule

As of 2:30 a.m. this morning, the NCTracks portal is back online and available for accepting provider claims. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience. The CSC team worked around the clock to identify the cause of the outage, which stemmed from a hardware failure in a network switch.

There are no anticipated impacts to the checkwrite scheduled for February 4; we expect electronic and manual checks to be distributed according to plan.
