Live Assistance Available - NCTracks Informational Sessions start today

With the launch of NCTracks, it is important that providers understand the new features and enhancements available in the new system. In an effort to assist providers who were unable to participate in the Provider Training sessions over the last few weeks, we have scheduled a series of informational sessions during the first two weeks of July where Provider Representatives will conduct interactive webmeetings walking providers through the key features of the new NCTracks system and the steps they need to take. Each session will include an ample question and answer period. Most sessions will be held multiple times during the first two weeks of operation. No registration is required.
