A Message from NCTracks on Behalf of NC Medicaid Issue with 835 Remittance Files

NCTracks has identified an issue with out-of-balance 835 remittance files that include negative claim activity. The affected 835s have check payment dates from January 6, 2026 through March 10, 2026. NCTracks has corrected the issue and will regenerate all affected 835 remittance files on March 12 and March 13, 2026. The regenerated 835s will be available on or before March 15, 2026.
