Attention NCTracks Trading Partners: Updates for SFTP Users Coming Soon to NCTracks

In accordance with the NC DIT Citizen Identity Project, NCTracks is implementing a different authentication mechanism with the NC DIT System for NCID-based users. There is no change in the MOVEit authentication process for Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP)/ Secure Shell (SSH) NCID users.

A new “SFTP Account Setup/Update” step will be required for new SFTP users and for existing SFTP users when/if they change their passwords on the NCID website. Details of this additional step are provided here.
