NCTracks Call Center and Checkwrite Schedule for Martin Luther King Jr. Holiday 2026

The NCTracks Call Center will be closed Monday, Jan. 19, 2026 in observance of the Martin Luther King, Jr. holiday. (The Pharmacy Prior Approval Unit will be open holiday hours from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.)

In keeping with the published approved 2026 checkwrite schedule, because of the federal holiday, the checkwrite will be on Wednesday, Jan. 21, 2026. The posting and availability of funds to provider bank accounts will depend on the provider's financial institution.
