Training is now available on the previously announced upcoming change to the NCTracks system regarding new information being required in applications for individual providers.

These training courses are instructor-led via WebEx* and provide an excellent opportunity to get an in-depth view of the application changes going into effect Aug. 9, 2020. Please see the course dates and times below.

Changes to Individual Provider Application Process

Note: Please be sure to register for the course with this exact name, as similar courses are available for only certain audiences.

Upon completing this training, you will be able identify how NCTracks will capture and store health-care related work history, including work history gaps; education history; and current malpractice insurance. This course will also detail how NCTracks will request individual providers to submit ALL board certification data.

Please note that the content of the courses are the same; different dates and times are being offered to allow for differing availability.

  • Wednesday, July 22, 2020, 1 p.m. - 2:30 p.m.

Training Enrollment Instructions

Providers can register for these courses in SkillPort, the NCTracks Learning Management System. Log onto the secure NCTracks Provider Portal and click Provider Training to access SkillPort. Open the folder labeled Provider Computer-Based Training (CBT) and Instructor Led Training (ILT). The courses can be found in the sub-folder labeled ILTs: Remote via WebEx.

To access WebEx online training sessions:

  1. From an internet browser, enter the URL https://gditmeetings.webex.com/meet/esther.crider
  2. Enter 711 563 557 in the "Enter Meeting Information" field
  3. Enter your first and last name
  4. Enter your email address

If this is your first time using the new GDIT Web Meeting, it is suggested that you begin the process 15 minutes prior to the start of the call. This will allow you sufficient time to download the required software to access the Web Meeting. To hear the audio portion of the class, dial 1-866-523-9994. Enter access code 711 563 557.
