This course will review changes made to orthodontic prior approval requests. NCTracks will be phasing out the acceptance of plaster, stone, and acrylic models for orthodontic prior approval requests. We will review which models are accepted and how to avoid delays in your prior approval. After completing this course, authorized users will be able to:
- Submit Prior Approvals
- Inquire about Prior Approvals
- Understand what orthodontic models are currently accepted for Prior Approvals.
- Understand what orthodontic models will no longer be accepted.
- Understand what qualifies as a diagnostic photo series.
