Pharmacy Claim Issue Resolved - Resubmit Affected Claims

NCTracks is aware that pharmacies were receiving a claim rejection that read ‘service not covered’ for beneficiaries enrolled in a Managed Care plan because the claims were not displaying the beneficiaries' Managed Care plan information. This issue has been resolved and beneficiaries' Managed Care plan information is now displaying correctly. Any claims that were submitted this morning and received a ‘service not covered’ rejection should be resubmitted to receive the correct billing information for the claim.
