NCTracks Call Center Closed Veterans Day

The NCTracks Call Center will be closed on Wednesday, November 11, for Veterans Day. (The Pharmacy Prior Approval Unit will be open holiday hours from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.) This is a correction to the announcement posted yesterday.

There is no effect on the NCTracks checkwrite for this week. The EFT funds transfer to banks occurs late Tuesday evening, so the funds should be available to providers as they would normally, although most banks will be closed on Wednesday.
