NCID Links on NCTracks Login Page

North Carolina Identity Service (NCID) recently upgraded its software to include self-service password reset functionality. Consequently, links on the NCTracks Provider Portal login that were redirecting back to NCID had new revised links due to self-service password reset (SSPR) implementation, such as “Forgot Login� and “Forgot Password�. These links have been fixed and are now redirecting properly.

NCID is the standard identity management and access service provided to state, local, business and individual users. NCTracks’ secure portal access requires an NCID.
