Attention: All Providers Issue with Claims Being Denied after Approval of Enrollment Applications and MCR’s

It has been brought to the attention of NCTracks that claims and PA authorizations that are submitted after an enrollment application or a recent change in provider information (such as an added location, taxonomy code, or health plan, through an MCR) are being denied because the application or MCR is not merging into NCTracks correctly after it has been processed and approved. Currently, the Call Center cannot view the information listed on the provider record that is causing these denials and receives an error message when attempting to assist the provider. NCTracks is currently researching this issue and working to resolve it as soon as possible. Further communication regarding this issue will be released when updates are available.
