Issue - NPI Not Displayed In Re-Verification Section of Status and Management Page

Some providers who have received letters indicating they are due for re-verification have reported not finding their NPI in the re-verification section of the Status and Management page on the secure NCTracks provider portal.
 
The cause of this issue has been determined and it is scheduled to be resolved on July 8, 2018. Affected providers will be able to proceed with the re-verification process once the issue is resolved.
