Communication Issues for Yahoo Domain Users

It has come to the attention of NCTracks that communications sent to Yahoo controlled emails (@yahoo.com, @ymail.com, and @aol.com) are not receiving updates from NCTracks. This is due to Yahoo’s domain settings not allowing emails sent by NCTracks to be received. We are currently working on trying to resolve this issue and updates will be provided when available.

It is advised that if you previously subscribed to NCTracks alerts and updates with a Yahoo affiliated email that you register an alternate email to stay up to date with NCTracks communications and changes. To provide you with the accurate and helpful information you need, it's crucial that we have a valid email address for you that is subscribed to the NCTracks Communications email list. This is especially important for targeted emails that apply to you specifically. We advise that you check your email address listed on your provider record and make sure that it is up to date. If you have previously unsubscribed or changed your email you can re-enroll for NCTracks emails here. Providers may also sign up for NCTracks emails by texting NCTRACKS to 22828 and following the prompts.
