Issue with NCTracks Call Center Calls

NCTracks is aware of a system issue involving the NCTracks Call Center phone system. Some providers may experience a busy signal when attempting to contact the Call Center. If this occurs, providers should hang up and try the Call Center number again. Alternatively, providers may also use the NCTracks website and secure portal for information. The NCTracks Call Center is still operational and the technical team is currently working on resolving this issue. Updates will be provided as available.
