New Menu Option Addition for Enrollment-Related Calls

Effective today at 11am, a new menu option for enrollment-related calls will be added to the NCTracks Call Center IVRS (interactive voice response system).

To better address provider needs, numbered menu options are provided by topic. Providers are encouraged to review the menu options below and select the number that best fits the reason for their call. Callers phoning for provider enrollment-related questions or issues should now select ‘4’ for their call to be addressed.

After choosing provider as the caller type and entering the NPI, the Provider Main Menu provides options. Please see the current and future menu options below.

Current menu options:

If you currently have an open ticket or service item - press or say 1

Pharmacy - press or say 2   

Claims - press or say 3          

Prior authorization and out of state enrollment - press or say 4

Technical support - press or say 5
