Attention Trading Partners Reminder for Submitting Batch Claims

NCTracks has recently received feedback from providers that they are unable to upload batch claims. This is generally caused by missteps when submitting batch files. Please see the instructions below as a reminder on the correct process.

Although not all providers’ screens will look identical to the screenshots below,  the file paths shown in subsequent screenshots will still apply. Providers are advised not to use shortcuts or alternative methods. The full Trading Partner Connectivity Guide with more information may be found on the Trading Partner Information page of NCTracks.

Log into the NCTracks provider portal with your NCID and password.

Select the Trading Partner option.

Select the Batch Transfer option under Trading Partner.

This step will take users to the MoveIT tool, which manages file transfers.

Click the Home button to go to the Trading Partner’s mailbox.

From the Home page, select the PRD folder from the Trading Partner Mailbox.

Click the In folder to upload files.

Click the “Upload Files� button.

Drag and drop the file(s) to the “Drop files� area, or click Browse link to locate the files to be uploaded, then click Upload button to upload file(s).
