The primary email address on record is the email that NCTracks uses to send important reprocessing information, such as recoupment and claim reprocesing notices. Please take a moment to review and validate your primary email address on your provider file to ensure you will receive these important communications. This email will not be sent any other email updates besides important reprocessing notices unless you choose to subscribe to our email list for updates as detailed below.
