Dental, Orthodontic, and Hospice PA Submission Errors

Due to a system issue, providers attempting to enter dental, orthodontic, and hospice prior approval (PA) requests via the NCTracks Provider Portal may encounter the following error messages:

  • “Requesting Provider Must Be An In-State Provider”
  • “Requesting/Billing/Rendering Provider Not Active As Of The Requested Begin Date”
  • “Requesting/Billing/Rendering Provider Not Enrolled In The Recipient's Health Plan As Of The Requested Begin Date”
  • “Submitted Recipient ID Not Enrolled In Selected Health Plan”
