New Medicaid Bulletin Articles Available as of June 6

The NC Division of Health Benefits (DHB) has recently published new Medicaid Bulletin articles:

• Ambulatory Surgery Center CPT Code Added- Claims for dates of service on or after April 1, 2023, that have been denied for place of service can now be resubmitted.
• Adding Physical Therapists to Electrodiagnostic Studies- Physical Therapists who obtain designation as a Board Certified Clinical Electrophysiologic Specialist may now perform electrodiagnostic services.
