New Medicaid Bulletin Articles Available as of Sept. 25

The NC Division of Health Benefits (DHB) has recently published new Medicaid Bulletin articles:

• Update on PASRR Level II Processing Transition to Acentra Health - Mitigation process for any adverse impact for nursing facilities if a PASRR authorization is delayed.
• Proposed Changes to Private Duty Nursing Services Clinical Policy - Near Relatives and Legally Responsible Persons May Deliver Skilled Nursing Service to a PDN-eligible Beneficiary.
• Medicaid Expansion will go-live on December 1, 2023 - More than 600,000 people will gain access to quality care.
