Issue with Recipient Eligibility Inquiry on Provider Portal
Some providers are encountering an issue with the Recipient Eligibility Inquiry feature on the Provider Portal when selecting service types.The NCTracks team is actively working on a solution to this issue and will send out a communication when the issue is resolved.
Until then, Providers can perform the Recipient Eligibility Inquiry on the Provider Portal without selecting a service type, which will return all service type information.
Alternately, Providers can continue to use AVRS, CAHQ/Core and Batch channels for Recipient Eligibility Inquiry.
