New Medicaid Bulletin Articles as of Oct. 22

The NC Division of Health Benefits (DHB) has recently published a new Medicaid Bulletin article:

• Implementation of Provider Data Management/Centralized Verification Organization on Hold - Providers will continue to use NCTracks for all enrollment activities until further notice.
• 2023 CAHPS Survey Report Released - This survey provides a national standard for assessing beneficiaries’ health care experience.
