New Medicaid Bulletin Articles Available as of July 9th

The NC Division of Health Benefits (DHB) has recently published new Medicaid Bulletin articles:

• NC Integrated Care for Kids Closeout and Related Billing Code Changes- On Dec. 31, 2026, the NC Integrated Care for Kids (InCK) pilot program will conclude. This applies to NC Medicaid Direct and NC Medicaid Managed Care.
• Concurrent Delivery of Child and Adolescent Day Treatment and Residential Treatment Services- Concurrent Child and Adolescent Day Treatment and Residential Treatment Services remain subject to medical necessity and non-duplication requirements.
