Access to NCTracks Training Requires Training Role in User Setup

For users to have access to provider training in NCTracks, they must be assigned the Training role in User Administration. The Office Administrator (or User Administrator) must assign the Training role to users, if they do not already have it, following the NCTracks User Access Setup process. (See link below) Once the Training role is assigned, users should be able to click on the Provider Training button in the secure Provider Portal to launch SkillPort, the NCTracks Learning Management System.
