Recipient Search and Update Training

An instructor-led training course for State Operations Users will be offered on April 17, 2015. The course will be offered in-person at the Ground Floor Training Room of the CSC facility in Raleigh and will include hands-on training. The course will be limited to 45 participants.

Friday, April 17, 2015 - 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. - Recipient Search and Update Refresher    
Course Description
This training provides a refresher/introduction to the Recipient Search function on the NCTracks Operations Portal. The Recipient Search function allows the Division of Medical Assistance (DMA), Division of Public Health (DPH), and Division of Mental Health (DMH) to access recipient information.   
Course Objectives
At the end of the training, course participants will understand how to do the following:
  • Search for Recipients
  • Search for CNDS IDs
  • View Recipients Information
  • Update Recipient Information
 
 
State Operations Users can register for the course in SkillPort.  Logon to the secure NCTracks Operations Portal and click the Other tab to select "Learning Management System." Once in SkillPort, select State Operations Training in the Catalog and open the folder labeled "Instructor Led Training (ILT) On-site." The course can be found in the sub-folder based on the topic.
