Attention PDN Providers: Please Hold PA Submissions until NCTracks Transition on July 28, 2024

In preparation for the Private Duty Nursing (PDN) prior approval (PA) transition to NCTracks, we are asking that PDN providers hold all PA submissions until July 28, 2024. PDN PA’s that would’ve been submitted between July 24, 2024, and July 27, 2024 will receive retroactive review.
