Training for State Users in August 2016

Two instructor-led training courses for State Operations Users are being offered in August 2016. The courses will be taught via WebEx and can be attended remotely from any location with a telephone, computer and internet connection. The WebEx will be limited to 115 participants in each course.

Non-Live Interaction (NLI) Process for State User - Wednesday, August 10, 2016 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM (WebEx)

Course Overview:
This course will guide authorized State users through searching, requesting, and understanding the Non-Live Interaction (NLI) Process within NCTracks.
 
Course Objectives:
-Submit an NLI request
-Understand the call center and functional area's responsibilities
-Search for an NLI within NCTracks

 

Call Center: Pega and Service Item Overview Refresher - Thursday, August 11, 2016 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM (WebEx)

Course Overview:
This course provides an overview refresher on the use of Pega and service items. State users use Pega to access and work on service items that must be addressed by the State. Users can access Pega from the NCTracks Operations portal home page through a single sign-on process.

Course Objectives:
-Log in to Pega
-Find work and access workbaskets
-Search provider and recipient call center interaction history


 
Training Enrollment Instructions:
State Operations Users can register for the courses in SkillPort.  Login to the secure NCTracks Operations Portal and click the Other tab to select "Learning Management System." Once in SkillPort, select State Operations Training in the Catalog and open the folder labeled "ILT Remote via WebEx." The courses can be found in the sub-folder Call Center.
