Training for State Users in July 2017

Two instructor-led training courses for State Operations Users will be offered in July and early August 2017. Following is more information about the courses, when they are offered, and instructions for how to enroll:

 

Report2Web - State Refresher (On-site)

Thursday, July 27, 2017 from 10:00AM to 12:00PM

Course Overview:
All new historical reports and files are stored on the NCTracks server, accessed through Report2Web in the Operations portal.  In order to retain the security access to documents, the reports will be accessed using your NCID. This session will show you how to access those reports.

Course Objectives:

At the end of training, users will be able to:

  • Log into Report2Web
  • Navigate through Report2Web
  • Understand Versions and Dates
  • Search and Filter
  • Review File Formats
  • Open a File
  • Print and Export a Mainframe file

The course is being offered in-person at the CSRA facility at 2610 Wycliff Road in Raleigh. It includes hands-on training and will be limited to 45 participants.


Prior Approval Letter Refresher (WebEx)

  • Friday, July 28, 2017 from 9:30AM to 11:30AM
  • Tuesday, August 1, 2017 from 9:30AM to 11:30AM

Course Overview:

This training will provide the user with information on how to navigate the NCTracks Operations portal in order to create and send PA letters for NC Medicaid approved and non-approved services.

Note: The ability to create letters is based on the security roles and assignment.

This course will be taught via WebEx and can be attended remotely from any location with a telephone, computer and internet connection.  The WebEx will be limited to 115 participants. (The same course is being offered twice.)
 
Training Enrollment Instructions:
State Operations Users can register for the courses in SkillPort.  Login to the secure NCTracks Operations Portal and click the Other tab to select "Learning Management System." Once in SkillPort, select State Operations Training in the Catalog and open the folder labeled "Instructor Led Training (ILT) On-Site" or "ILT Remote via WebEx", depending on the format of the course. The courses can be found in the respective sub-folders.
