Training for State Users in May 2016

Two instructor-led training courses for State Operations Users will be offered in May 2016. Both courses will be taught via WebEx and can be attended remotely from any location with a telephone, computer and internet connection. The WebEx will be limited to 115 participants.

Registration is now open. Following is more information about the courses, when they will be offered, and instructions for how to enroll:

 

Claims Inquiry - Friday, May 6, 2016 from 10:00AM to 12:00PM (WebEx)

Course Overview:
This course will show authorized users how to search and locate specific inforamtion on Provider submitted claims in NCTracks.

Course Objectives:
-Conduct a claim search
-Locate specific information on a claim


Call Center Service Items in Pega - Thursday, May 25, 2016 from 10:00AM to 12:00PM (WebEx)

Course Overview:
This course will show authorized users how to find service items in the Pega State workbaskets and how to find records of provider and recipient call center interaction in NCTracks.

Course Objectives:
-Log into Pega
-Access State Pega Workbaskets
-Complete Service Items
-Search Provider Call Center Interaction history in NCTracks Operations Portal

 
Training Enrollment Instructions:
State Operations Users can register for the courses in SkillPort.  Login to the secure NCTracks Operations Portal and click the Other tab to select "Learning Management System." Once in SkillPort, select State Operations Training in the Catalog and open the folder labeled "ILT Remote via WebEx." The courses can be found in the sub-folders Claims and Call Center, respectively.
